The intention behind this journal:

After using many different types of journals and apps to track everything from workouts, mindfulness to self-care, I realized it was a bit much to actually fill out or do all of them daily. So, thinking through the things that have personally helped me the most (and thousands of others according to research and anecdotal evidence), I incorporated all of these aspects into one journal. I personally use this when I need more accountability or to reconnect with myself… we are always a work in progress 🫶

The goal is to help you be mindful without being obsessive.

To appreciate and grow without the shame or guilt.

To embrace each new day and learn something new about your incredible soul.
