“Change Your Lens, Change Your Life”

Change your lens, change your life

Taken through a massive red rock on a beach in Saint Raphael, France during a much needed solo walk to reset and regulate my nervous system. To me, the picture is like an eye, the all seeing eye and at the same time it is a different perspective to appreciate the son.

It’s so easy to buy into all the darkness, all that appears wrong with the world.

So, if all the darkness is bringing you down and you’ve lost some of that hope or NEED a dose of hope. Check out this TedTalk below.

Put on a lens of celebration. Choose which lens to start each day with.
— Dewitt Jones

During difficult moments, choose which lens that will uplift the situation.

This quote of “change your lens, change your life” is similar to one of my personal favorite quotes from Wayne Dyer, “Change the way you look at things and the things you look at will change.”

So, what are some ways you might apply this to a current situation in your life or perhaps how you view events from the past? How can you apply this to the vision you have for your future?!

Cheers to your new invisible glasses of hope, love, and light :)
